about
This very well could be the saddest song ever. I wrote it a long time ago after being crushed from a relationship that I was really into. It was also the first song I wrote on guitar, so when I brought it out again recently to record, I had some fun with it (since I don't really feel this sad anymore), hence the experimental bass and beats. The ending is like the light to a new beginning, like a tribal march towards the sun.
lyrics
Something inside my heart
its tearing me apart
Sorrow inside of me
in which I create the seed
I'll never fly again
I'll never try again
Anchor my soul until the end, my friend
There's something inside my head
I'm wishing it were dead
this pain inside of me
and from it I can't pretend
I'll never wait again
for a certain fate again
swallow my pride until the end, my friend
